The Property Flood Resilience (PFR) grant can help you secure your property against flooding. It is:
- available to eligible residents in Essex excluding the unitary authorities of Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock
- goes towards the purchase and installation costs of products which help to minimise flood damage, helping your home stay safe and dry
- covers costs up to £8,000, and any costs exceeding this amount must be paid by the property owner
